Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated.

What should I wear?

Our dress code for our welcome party/mehndi is Desi. This means South Asian (Pakistani or Indian). This is one of our favorite websites to order from that is both affordable and good quality with a variety options. Please refrain from wearing yellow this day!

Our dress code for our ceremony and reception is Black Tie - but make it fun. We strongly recommend tuxedos and gowns, but with a creative twist. Feel free to wear color, textures, and patterns. Be bold, fashionable, avant-garde, and most importantly yourself.

I can't attend the welcome party, but I can attend the wedding!

Sorry to miss you at the welcome party. Glad we can celebrate with you on Sunday for the ceremony. Please RSVP "yes" for the wedding and "no" for the welcome party.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Thank you in advance for sending your RSVP of yes/no within 4 weeks of receiving your invite. You can simply RSVP right here on our wedding website. Once that deadline passes and we don't hear from you, we'll assume you cannot make it (as we need to provide final headcount to our vendors).

What is happening on Saturday June 14th?

Nothing! This is a break day where everyone has the chance to reset and recharge. Spend the day doing whatever you would like. If you need some ideas on what to do see our recommendations below.

Are children welcome?

We love your children, but due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 18 on our wedding day.

What will the weather be like?

June is the beginning of Summer in Barcelona! You can most likely expect a high of 80° and a low of 65°.

How will I get to the wedding venue?

We will be providing shuttles (location TBD) to and from Alella (wedding venue location) from Barcelona. If you choose not to take the shuttle, please arrive on time via your own transportation.

Please note although it will be easy to get an Uber/Taxi from Barcelona to Alella - it will be near impossible to order one from Alella to Barcelona unless arranged prior.

Is there parking available at the venue?

There is limited parking at the venue and street parking is not available. We will have shuttles going from Barcelona (location TBD) to the wedding venue, and back. If you do not plan on taking advantage of the shuttles, please plan to take an Uber or local taxi. Please note although it will be easy to get an Uber/Taxi from Barcelona to Alella - it will be near impossible to order one from Alella to Barcelona unless arranged prior.

Will the welcome party, ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The welcome party will be a mixture of indoor and outdoors.

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will be held outdoors. The reception will be a mixture of indoor and outdoors.

Where are Sahr & Loris staying?

We will be staying at Ohla Hotel from Thursday Saturday 6/12- 6/14. Saturday and Sunday night (6/14-6/16), we will be in Alella.
